At Tiffi Boutique Hotel we offer our guests 43 well-equipped rooms, thanks to which we provide the highest comfort of stay. Our boutique facility is located on the shoreline of Lake Ukiel. The observation deck is the perfect place to enjoy the delicious Mediterranean cuisine of Brasserie Tiffi restaurant. We have our own marina for boats and water equipment rental.

We offer 43 comfortably furnished rooms in 4 categories. The unique design and photographs of Szymon Brodziak give each interior a unique character. By choosing rooms with a view of the lake, you can admire the picturesque panorama of Lake Ukiel, which is a hallmark of our facility. In each of our cosy interiors, you will find a relaxing atmosphere and a guarantee of rest. The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, and the service is always at your disposal.

In the interest of the safety of our Guests and employees, we have developed and implemented procedures and security measures following applicable regulations governing the operation of hotels.

1. Before Check-in
  • The guest receives an email survey with details to be filled in before arrival to shorten the check-in time. The e-mail contains a guide in which there is a summary of the implemented anti-COVID-19 solutions.
  • We inform guests that if they are sick, they should postpone their stay.
2. At the Hotel
  • Only people with reservations are allowed in the hotel area.
  • We provide a quick check-in and check-out, during which only people from one reservation can be at the reception desk.
  • During check-in, guests receive an additional hotel guide with information about the safety rules applied in the facility.
  • We recommend paying by card or Blik code.
  • The cards for the rooms are disinfected each time.
  • In the entire facility (except the room) the Guests must keep a distance of at least 2 m between each other
  • While in the common areas of the hotel, the Guests are required to wear masks. We guarantee the possibility of obtaining personal protective equipment at the reception, i.e., masks and gloves
  • Only people from one room can use the lift at the same time.
  • Upon entering the hotel, the guests are asked to additionally disinfect their hands.
  • Individual disinfectants are located at marked points in common parts and main communication routes.
  • In public areas of the hotel, disinfection is carried out every hour, which includes, among others, all handles, doors, buttons in lifts, handrails, sanitary facilities in public toilets.
  • All common areas are systematically ventilated.
3. Housekeeping
  • The staff do not organize personal items, e.g., clothes.
  • We do not provide evening service.
  • All flat surfaces, sanitary facilities, door handles, switches, telephones, minibars, TV remote controls, and televisions in the rooms are fully disinfected.
4. Restaurant
  • Please disinfect your hands before entering the restaurant.
  • We have increased the frequency of disinfection of common areas
  • The trays are disinfected after each use.
5. Staff safety
  • The staff has been trained in the procedures of the new security policy.
  • The work is performed in permanent teams in a shift system.
  • Before entering the hotel, we carry out a mandatory hand disinfection.
  • All deliveries to the hotel are made without the supplier being allowed to enter the hotel.
  • The work of external companies is carried out following the above points.
  • Each department in the hotel has a very detailed instruction manual, created only for this department and minimizing possible threats.
